You must treat all users and staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated. You may not use offensive language or engage in disruptive behavior during classes or workshops. We reserve the right to remove any user who violates these conduct rules.
Class Participation
You must arrive on time for all classes and workshops. If you are late, you may not be allowed to join the session, and no refunds will be issued. You are expected to participate actively and follow the instructions provided by the instructor. If you have any questions or concerns, please address them respectfully during the appropriate times.
Materials and Supplies
You are responsible for bringing any required materials or supplies as specified for each class or workshop. If materials are provided, you must use them as instructed. You may not take materials home unless explicitly permitted. Any damage to materials or equipment must be reported immediately.
Intellectual Property
You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content or materials provided during classes or workshops without explicit permission. All instructional materials, designs, and techniques shared are the intellectual property of Craft Berry or the respective instructors. You must respect these rights and not claim them as your own.
Health and Safety
You must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided during classes and workshops. This includes following any specific instructions regarding the use of tools, equipment, and materials. If you have any allergies or health concerns, you must inform the instructor before the class begins. We may ask you to leave if you do not comply with safety protocols.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You must notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your participation in a class or workshop. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations. We may cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will receive a full refund.
